By accessing and using the Global API Gateway platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Global API Gateway provides API services including but not limited to:

  • WhatsApp account lookup and verification APIs
  • LinkedIn people and job search APIs
  • TikTok user information APIs
  • Other data lookup and verification services

Our services operate on a credit-based pricing model where users purchase credits that can be used to make API requests. Each API request consumes a certain number of credits based on the API type.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credit System and Payment

Our Service uses a credit-based payment system:

  • Credits are purchased in packages and added to your account balance
  • Each API request consumes credits based on the API type and configuration
  • Credits do not expire and can be used at any time
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice

You are responsible for maintaining sufficient credits in your account to use the Service. API requests will be rejected if you have insufficient credits.

5. API Usage and Restrictions

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Use automated systems to abuse or overload our API endpoints
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
  • Use the Service to collect personal information without proper consent

6. Rate Limits and Fair Use

We reserve the right to implement rate limits on API usage to ensure fair access for all users and maintain service quality. Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your account.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not store or retain API request data beyond what is necessary for service operation, billing, and legal compliance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Global API Gateway and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
  • Update API endpoints, features, or functionality

We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any unused credits in your account will remain available for use unless termination is due to violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL API GATEWAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global API Gateway, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
